Shipping policy

We aim to ship within 24 hours of receiving an order Monday to Friday (before 1pm). Orders received later than 1pm Friday may not be shipped until the following Monday.

Shipping rates for the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man are as follows:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (200g max) - £1.95

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £2.95

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £3.95

Orders of £30 and above are eligible for free Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour shipping

For shipping outside of the UK we offer the following services:

Parcels up to 200g - Royal Mail International Standard / International Tracked

Parcels from 201g to 2kg - Royal Mail International Tracked

Rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel weight.

Scenery Coffee is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
