We're always huge fans of the work of LaREB (La Real Expedición Botánica) - a radical, producer owned export collective. While there is a core group of producers who make up the collective, new producers are welcome to sell their coffee to LaREB - and Elizabeth was one such. This coffee had a delightful interplay of both nice processing & agronomy, alongside the herbal notes for which the Castillo variety is (in)famous for. That bright, clean and herbal brief formed the core of our notes to Lucas - and we loved the result.
