Senel Campos Valverde's "Don Senel Micromill" and his farm Finca La Toboba were the source of this excellent Gesha - from the "Supre Madre" (Supreme Mother) plot, this slow dried natural had a super nice evolution - intensely floral and tasting like a turbo washed on offer sample, it landed softer and full of ripe stonefruit and rambutan. We wanted to capture the cloud forests & biodiversity of Costa Rica with this design, which features native wildflowers from the region.
