This label is an evolution of our initial Paya design - as our relationship with Lucas has evolved, so too has the complexity and world of the illustrations. We develop designs for individual farms and producers to establish a visual sub-brand, bringing them back (with perhaps some minor tweaks to colour to represent changes in each harvest's flavour profile) year on year. With our third harvest of Nery's coffee, we felt it was time to bring his design into the new era - representing the crisp Huehue acidity, highland terrain, and gentle florals we found in this latest lot.
