Rwanda - Shyira Anoxic Washed | Fine Art Poster

The Shyira designs are somewhat iconic for us - the first time we featured multiple lots from the same farm/station. Taking this challenge to Lucas, we came up with the idea to do multiple times of day - with the colours and clouds representing the processing style, cup profile, and intended roast degree - all elements that are modifiers to the taste of the land & genetic expression inherent in the area's production. Shyira station sits at 2000 MASL in Nyabihu district, in a steep river valley - with some of the highest altitude coffee production in Rwanda, with some farmers delivering cherry from plots as high as 2400 MASL!
