We've decided to stock the products that we truly can stand behind - coffee brewing bits that we either use ourselves at home, or in the cafe. We use V60s - both classic as well as the Switch/Mugen with Sibarist papers in our roastery QC as well as at home. 

This size is equivalent to a V60 02 paper and suits all brewers that can use those filters. 

What we particularly like about the Sibarist Fast papers is how we can get clean, high extraction cups with a shorter total brew time, with no risk of the brew clogging or stalling.
